Not satisfied? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

✓ The request must be made within 14 days of delivery

✓ The product must be returned in its original packaging

✓ The product must not be intentionally damaged

✓ The product must be unopened

✓ Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return?
Contact our customer service team.
Provide your order number.
State the reason for the return.
We will send you further return instructions.
Refunds

Refunds are processed after the return shipment has been received and inspected.

Please allow 10-14 business days for processing, depending on your payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds may be refused for:

Return requests made outside the return period
Gift cards (if applicable)
Discounted products
Incorrect Products

Withdrawal from contract

1. Submit your withdrawal

Go to the withdrawal form to inform us about your return. You have 14 days from the moment of receiving your order to withdraw from the contract.

 

2. Return the products

Pack the products you want to return. If possible, use shipping packaging, then send the products to the return address we provided.

 

3. Wait for your refund

We will refund your money within 14 days. You will receive the refund using the same payment method used for the order. If payment was made on delivery, we will transfer the money to your bank account.
